San Roque Power Corporation (SRPC) received Gold Rating for its 18 Years of Seamless Operations 2021 Sustainability Report from the National Center for Corporate Reporting (NCCR)-2023 Asia Sustainability Report Rating (ASRRAT) in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 6, 2023. The Sustainability Report covers the Company’s sustainability performance from fiscal year 2018 to 2021 prepared in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Sustainability Reporting Standards.

This is the third recognition received by SRPC from NCCR. The first was a Commendation for Best Practices in Sustainability Reporting in the Philippines in 2016 for The Power of Water 2014 Sustainability Report which adhered to the GRI G4 Guidelines. This was followed by a Gold Rating in 2019 for the Sustaining Lives Empowering the Future 2017 Sustainability Report also prepared in accordance with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards.

The ASRRAT recognizes companies’ dedication to transparency and accountability, and their initiatives to measure and mitigate environmental and social impacts and risks disclosed in their sustainability reports. The assessment process involved a panel of five judges and an assessor team composed of 18 Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialists and Assessors. It has four sustainability report ratings, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

This year’s ASRRAT event was participated by 68 companies from Indonesia, Bangladesh, Australia, Russia, and Philippines.
