Our company

The San Roque Power Corporation SRPC is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the power-facility of SRMP for 25 years effective May 1, 2003. SRPC is owned by the KPIC Netherlands B.V. (KPN) (50%), Sithe Philippines Holdings, Inc. (30%) and Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation (20%). It is a stock corporation incorporated in the Philippines, in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines and the Foreign Investments Act of 1991.
