2026 Manpower Requirement
(1) Office Assistant
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources and Admin Coordinators, assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the Group as outlined in the job description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties, including answering telephone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing documents and mails.
- Enter data and maintain accurate records and filing systems, both manually and electronically.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Office Administration/Management, or any computer-related course or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform diverse duties that may arise from time to time.
